Look up an order, see where it is in the delivery flow and find out what to do next.
We have not received confirmation from your payment provider yet. Bank transfers and some crypto payments take a few minutes.
An automated fraud check is running. Most clear within 15 minutes; occasionally we ask for identity verification by email.
Payment cleared and the seller is allocating your item. Manual-fulfilment listings sit here until the seller delivers.
Your key, code or top up is on the order page and in your email. The dispute window is open — redeem it and confirm.
You confirmed delivery or the dispute window closed, and funds were released to the seller.
A problem was reported. Funds stay in escrow until the seller responds or our support team decides.
The order was cancelled or resolved in your favour. Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Check the order page itself first — keys are revealed there, and the email copy can be delayed or filtered as spam. If the order page shows no item, report a problem from that page and we will investigate immediately.
Wait until the delivery time shown on the listing has passed. After that you can cancel the order yourself from the order page for a full refund, without waiting for the seller.
Guest checkout orders can be looked up with the order ID and the email you used at checkout. Creating an account with that same email links the order to it automatically.
Check spam, then confirm the address on the order. If it was mistyped, contact support with your order ID and payment reference and we will correct it and resend.
