Terms of Service

The rules for buying, selling and using G2Gamers β€” including what we guarantee and what we do not.

Last updated September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and G2Gamers, registered at [Registered office address]. They govern your access to and use of the G2Gamers marketplace, the seller portal and the support portal.

By creating an account, placing an order or listing an item, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

1.What G2Gamers is

G2Gamers is a marketplace. Buyers purchase digital goods β€” game keys, top ups, in-game currency, gift cards, accounts, software licences and boosting services β€” from independent third-party sellers. The contract of sale for an item is between the buyer and the seller.

We are not the seller of those items unless a listing is expressly marked as sold by G2Gamers. We provide the marketplace, the payment and escrow mechanism, the delivery infrastructure and the dispute process, and we enforce these Terms against both sides.

2.Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to trade on the Platform.
  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication.
  • One person may hold one buyer account. Operating multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or promotions is prohibited.
  • We may require identity verification before you withdraw funds, sell, or place high-value orders.

3.Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where we are required to charge them. Currency conversion is indicative; your card issuer sets the final rate.

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. The contract forms when the seller or our system confirms the order and payment is authorised. If a listing was displayed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after delivery is confirmed or the dispute window closes.

4.Delivery of digital goods

  • Most items are delivered instantly from seller inventory. Items needing manual fulfilment show an estimated delivery time on the listing.
  • You must supply accurate delivery details β€” player ID, server, region or account identifier. Delivery to details you entered incorrectly is not a ground for refund.
  • Keys and codes are revealed on your order page. Treat a revealed code as consumed: once it is visible to you, the seller cannot resell it.
  • If the seller does not deliver within the stated window, you may cancel for a full refund from your order page.

5.Seller obligations

  • Sell only goods you legally own and are entitled to resell. Selling stolen, chargeback-sourced, region-restricted-and-misdescribed, or fraudulently obtained goods results in immediate termination and forfeiture of the balance concerned.
  • Describe listings accurately, including platform, region lock, activation restrictions and what the buyer receives.
  • Deliver within the time stated on your listing and keep inventory stock levels current.
  • Respond to buyer messages and dispute requests within 24 hours.
  • Complete identity verification before your first payout, and comply with the tax obligations of your own jurisdiction.

6.Fees

Buyers pay the listed price plus any payment-method fee shown at checkout before payment. Sellers pay a commission on each completed sale and, where applicable, a payout processing fee. Current rates are published in the seller portal and may change on 30 days' notice.

7.Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, carding, or use of stolen payment instruments.
  • Trading outside the Platform to avoid fees, or asking a counterparty to do so.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings or search ranking, including through fake orders.
  • Scraping, automated ordering, bots, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Uploading malware, phishing content or credentials harvested from another service.
  • Harassing, threatening or impersonating other users, sellers or G2Gamers staff.

8.Disputes between buyers and sellers

Disputes are raised from your order page and handled at support.g2gamers.com. Both sides may submit evidence. We review the order log, delivery record and evidence provided, and decide within the timelines set out in the Refund Policy. Our decision on release of escrowed funds is final within the Platform; it does not affect any right you have to pursue the other party or us in court.

9.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, cancel orders or withhold a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a serious breach of these Terms, or a legal requirement to do so. Where we withhold a payout, we tell you why unless prevented by law, and we hold the funds for the period necessary to resolve chargebacks and claims.

You may close your account at any time from account settings once you have no open orders, disputes or pending payouts.

10.Intellectual property

The Platform, the G2Gamers name and logo, and all software and content we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and appear on the Platform for identification only. By listing an item you grant us a licence to display your listing content on the Platform and in our marketing.

11.Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, nor do we warrant the quality of items sold by third-party sellers beyond the protections in these Terms and the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with the Platform is limited to the greater of the total fees we earned on your transactions in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of in-game progress or items.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited β€” including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [governing jurisdiction] have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

We may amend these Terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify you by email or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the amended Terms.
